My first use of the Coshell coconut charcoal I was hooked! It burned way hotter, lasted for nearly 4 hours, we just kept adding more food on the grill without adding any charcoal. It reached a maximum temperature of 570 degrees, thats way hotter then the Kingsford ever burned. ~ isaacm

I used them for the first time last night when we had a big bbq party. The amazing thing was that the smoke doesnt smell at all. So whilst you are cooking you can be covered in smoke and it wont leave a smell on your clothes, and it wont make you cough because it has literally no smell what so ever. The briquettes got very hot and did a great job. If its helping the environment as well, then so much the better. Great product you have to try them. ~ Phillip Hill

Coshell makes a dependable product, with a number of varieties to choose from. I really like the coconut COSHELL 18lbs Charcoal Briquettes. They burn clean, and I can use the ash to fertilize my gardens! As a huge advocate of environmentally safe products, I would recommend this to anyone. ~ Cari Jackson

As you probably know, these are charcoal briquettes made from coconut husks which, from my view as an environmentalist, is a perfectly terrific idea. After all, what else could you do with a discarded coconut husk? ~ Patrick Crabtree

It's great to find charcoal that is not only good for the environment, it's also a better alternative for my family, and if that means paying a bit more, it's worth it. ~ Crochet Ghoul
